Digital delivery

All of our courses are digital products delivered online. When your enrollment is confirmed, you receive access to the course platform by email, usually within a few minutes of payment. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Access

Enrollment grants lifetime access to the course you purchased, including future updates to that course, through your account on our learning platform. You can watch on any device with an internet connection.

Money-back guarantee

Every enrollment is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@sterling-royce.com from the address you used to enroll, and include your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
