3. Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses is offered by invitation. Access is granted to the individual who enrolls and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Payment

Course fees are shown at the point of enrollment and are charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Delivery Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources, is the property of Sterling-Royce International Holdings or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, share your account access, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use the content for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While we work hard to deliver high quality material, we make no guarantee of any particular outcome or result. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterling-Royce International Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
