Terms of Service
These terms govern the art consulting services provided by LH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"). By commissioning an engagement or using our website, you agree to them.
Quotes and scope
Every engagement starts with a written quote describing the services included, our fee, and the expected timeline. The quote defines the scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it, never silently added to your bill.
Fees and artwork budgets
Our advisory fee is separate from your artwork budget. Payments for artworks, commissions, framing, shipping, and installation go to the respective sellers and providers and are always approved by you before they are made. If a seller offers us any referral fee, we disclose it and deduct it from our own fee.
Advice, not guarantees
We give honest, independent advice on artworks, artists, and prices, but taste and markets are not exact sciences. We do not guarantee that any artwork will appreciate in value, and our services are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Authenticity and condition information is relayed from sellers and checked with reasonable care.
Purchases and commissions
Purchase and commission contracts are concluded between you and the seller or artist, even where we negotiate on your behalf. Their terms (including delivery, returns, and warranties) apply to the artwork itself; we coordinate but are not a party to the sale.
Your information
Details you share about your spaces, budgets, and collections are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from our services, and our total liability is limited to the advisory fee you paid for the engagement concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
